We insist upon all visitors strictly adhering to our house policies in order to ensure the quality of the lodging experience:
NO SMOKING
- Smoking is strictly prohibited within the unit or the balcony.
NO PETS
- Pets are not allowed under any circumstances due to allergies of the owner. Not adhering to this rule leads to immediate evacuation without a refund.
Violations of these policies will result in immediate eviction, door code alterations, and revoked access. Personal belongings left behind can only be retrieved accompanied by a Sheriff's escort in accordance with building security and local regulations.

PARKING REGULATIONS
Please note, parking at Seychelles is restricted and under surveillance.
During peak season, only one vehicle per unit is allowed:
- May 1 – July 27
- August 27 – September 3
- October — up till Sunday of Schooner's LobsterFest
- Additional dates might apply due to needed garage repairs.
Spaces for any additional vehicles are available off-site.
